The Skaneateles Village Police Department is continuing to investigate what it called a strong-arm robbery that occurred Monday afternoon at a village business.
According to the department, a black male entered Skaneateles Furs, located at 36 E. Genesee St., Skaneateles, at 4:20 p.m. Monday and asked the clerk for assistance. As she was showing him different fur coats, he came up behind her, put her in a chokehold and then dragged her behind the register.
